Initial Wash: Garment only, Cold Water On-going washes: Cold Water, Wash with like colors Drying instructions: Our instructions are simple here - hang dry your clothes! We know it's a hassle, but we promise you it's the best method for ensuring your Summit Apparel clothing, and all of your clothing for that matter, keeps its shape and color for a long, long time. You want to rock that new fleece forever, right? That's what we thought.

Orders ship within 3-5 business days from our warehouse in Utah unless otherwise stated on our website's main page. U.S. Shipping Times: Please allow approximately 5 - 9 business days for Standard shipping depending on your location, with addresses on the west coast shipping faster. If you chose an expedited shipping method, you can find your expected shipping time on your order confirmation. International Shipping Times: We cannot estimate shipping time due to country-by-country variances. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order.

Refund/Return Policy Page: Our "Oops" Policy: Wrong size? Not vibing with your new fleece? That's okay. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We'll also request the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact our team directly at info@summitapparelco.com and we will reach out to you with return information. If your return is accepted, our team will provide a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@summitapparelco.com

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, send us an email titled "URGENT" and we will try and get back to you ASAP.
